The popular Madrid-based art school Artediez is holding its academic year opening ceremony, Boooombastic Fest, on September 30 and October 1, where Dowi is set to perform alongside fellow artists Dravok and Alvaro Sola.

Artediez is the only public undergraduate school of arts in Madrid, and a very important place for Dowi, since it is the school where they accomplished their studies.

"Defrost" was preceeded by the singles "Off I Go" and "Moth". Today, two brand new songs are released to make the waiting lighter: "Sleepin' on Trains" and "Beginning".

There is a music video for "Off I Go"!

The first ever music video by Dowi is out. It was co-directed by Dowi and filmmaker Sandra Rodas.

"The video captures the junction of the city and nature. The cold concrete, the hazy clouds, the greens and ocres from the autumn trees. It is both an awakening and going back to hibernation."

"There is one day, after some wild times, when you wake up, and it all feels different, there is some light coming through the little holes on the blinds. Things that used to be heavy on you are not so much anymore. You have more headspace for new things that matter more. This song is about that exact day when you wake up, still on the concrete, but your bruises are starting to heal."

The slow-tempo track is released to coincide with Pride day, preceeded by a Facebook campaign highlighting the key sentences from the lyrics.

The "Discover" era isn't over yet. The promo continues with the release of the next single, "The Way I Was Born".

But this time, the single doesn't come on its own: an EP featuring two new b-sides is out now.

"'Nobody Knows' and 'Drawers' are songs that were part of the 'Discover' concept from the beginning. 'Discover' was originally a 17-track album, but some songs fell off on the way out."
